Three million Australians are currently experiencing anxiety or depression.1 Every day, nearly eight people take their own lives.2

Because this affects all of us, we’re equipping everyone in Australia with the knowledge and skills to protect their own mental health. We’re giving people the confidence to support those around them, and making anxietydepression and suicide part of everyday conversations.
And as well as tackling stigma, prejudice and discrimination, we’re breaking down the barriers that prevent people from speaking up and reaching out.

We’re here for everyone in Australia – at work, home, schooluniversityonline, and in communities across the country.

LIVIN was founded in honour of a great man Dwayne Lally who like many others took his life after suffering in silence from a mental illness. LIVIN is all about living your life at the top and breaking the stigma of mental health. Connecting, supporting and encouraging one another to talk about their feelings and challenges because “It Ain’t Weak to Speak”. Through the development of cutting edge education programs, trendy fashion apparel and cool awareness initiatives, LIVIN will launch a generational change. Let’s unite to help people start LIVIN again. Join the movement.

We’re the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. We’re addressing some of the biggest health issues faced by men: prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and mental health and suicide prevention.

We know what works for men, and how to find and fund the most innovative research to have both a global and local impact. We’re independent of government funding, so we can challenge the status quo and invest quicker in what works. In 13 years we’ve funded more than 1,200 men’s health projects around the world.
